We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated, Grade II listed townhouse. The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We loved the period features and the lovely courtyard. The location was perfect, just yards away from the seafront and close to the historic town center. The house had all the necessary facilities, including wifi, hot water, and tea/coffee supplies. The staff was accommodating and readily available.

Stayed at the seaside cottage-like place. Free WiFi and a garden, how luxurious! And they even provided towels, what a treat!

Oh, how disappointing! The kitchen was dirty, the mattresses were uncomfortable, and the shower was scalding hot.

Stayed at a charming Grade II listed house near the pier for a weekend exploring historic sites. Location was fantastic, just a short walk from the town center. The house was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean. Georgia, the host, was always available and helped resolve check-in issues promptly. The courtyard was lovely, and they even provided fans during the heatwave. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. Quiet street allowed for family gatherings in the dining room. Excellent value for money, we would definitely return.

Always stay at this lovely place in Harwich, no regrets. Staff were so kind, even gave me a hot drink on my first cold day. Perfect for me, with free Wi-Fi, off-site car park, electric kettle, cookware. Coming back for Christmas!

I always come back to this great place, they have everything I need: free Wi-fi, a parking space nearby, a kettle, kitchen stuff. The staff even helped me with a taxi once. It's the perfect spot for my holidays.
